Hi, Robert - we got confirmation of the wires.  We're all done!  Thanks again for your great help.  Who would have guessed that we would be done, out and closed within 60 days of listing - and in this ridiculous market.  While Henry and I did everything we could to reach the goal, certainly your expertise and strategy were invaluable in getting us this result.
