As our weather patterns seem more and more unpredictable of late we often struggle with the magnitude of the damage left by storms such as Hurricane Irene and the most recent Snowloween storm this past Saturday.  The past storm had such a dramatic impact here in Essex County that only now is power almost fully restored.  In the wake of these storms we ofter wonder where to turn for help.  This youtube video by the IRS briefly explains relief by the IRS and provides advice helping taxpayers in disaster areas.  I hope it will be of help to you.
