In the March issue of New Jersey Monthly magazine, I will be featured as a 2012 Five Star Real Estate Agent named in excelling in customer satisfaction! Please watch for me in the magazine!

How were we chosen?

New Jersey Monthly magazine teamed up with Five Star Professional Research to conduct a very large client satisfaction survey, including 81,500 recent homebuyers that had purchased a home valued over $150,000 between the month of April 2010- April 2011, 250 Mortgage and Title companies, and 1,000 subscribers of New Jersey Monthly magazine – Five Star Professional Research asked these individuals to name their Real Estate Agent (surveys were blank, no lists of professionals were given), once a name was put forward, they were asked to evaluate each Real Estate Agent on 9 key service attributes including customer service, integrity, communication skills, finding the right home, marketing the home, market knowledge, negotiation skills, closing preparation and overall satisfaction. The scores are statistically validated by Five Star Professional Research on the quantity and quality of the survey results.

I scored in the 1% of all Real Estate Agents in New Jersey (over 80,700 licensed Real Estate Agents in the state of New Jersey) and less than 500 winners were chosen.
