Robert was a great help to us as we relocated

before we sold the house. He was always on top of

the details and did a great job of navigating through

what turned out to be a somewhat bumpy process

(through no fault of his own, but on the buyer’s

side). We liked working with Robert and would definitely

recommend him to others. I also believe that

I am writing to sing praises of Robert

Northfield. Robert handled the sale of my Mom’s

house in Maplewood. She passed away in February,

and we called Burgdorff to handle the sale of her

home. Robert was always courteous, professional,

efficient and responsive. He always returned my

phone calls and handled all the “little things,” which

helped make my life a whole lot easier. Robert

promised me he would sell the home quickly, and

he did—he had a buyer less than a week after I

signed the contract. The closing was smooth and

trouble-free.

I have experienced 5 real estate sale transactions

in my life, and this one was—by far—the easiest

and smoothest of them all. In the view of my wife
